Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refund As a member of Forex Robot you must adhere to this return policy if you intend to pursue a refund. First, understand that there is a learning curve with the software, that will take varying lengths depending on the client’s trading experience. While we have provided refunds in the past, we have found that 99% of our refunds could be avoided by the client putting in more time or effort. A trading sample size of a few days, or even a week is not enough, as this is a long-term professional trading tool.

It is digital product, we send it to you via e-mail, and is not possible to returned.

Refund is applicable only when the product is defected.

From The Time of Signing Up (after Submitting the Agreement) Maximum 48hrs to 72 working hrs. , If Service Not Delivered For Configuring for Your Bot ,You can request for Refund.

As Becoming Our Client by accepting the Terms and Conditions above , You certify that you are well aware and you Cease To File For Refund After Purchase.

If the product to be defected and Not Functioning Maximum Up to 15 days Refund is Applicable. or otherwise there is No Refund is issued in this case.

As an aside, do not give up too soon. We have successful clients, and clients that have purchased more licenses because they wanted to run multiple live accounts.
